Plyzen Doors are made at our factory in Dera Bassi, Punjab. Within our local area we deliver and fit every door ourselves, free of charge, and for customers further away we pack and ship across India. Here is how each option works.

Free delivery and fitting within 40 km

We deliver and fit free within 40 km of our factory. This covers Dera Bassi, Zirakpur, Dhakoli, Baltana, Peermuchalla, Barwala, Panchkula, Mohali and Chandigarh. Not sure if your area is covered? WhatsApp us at 98780 57778.

• Our team visits for free measurement before production.
• Most doors are ready within 48 hours of order. Common sizes can be collected the same day from the factory.
• Our carpenter delivers and fits the doors at your site.
• You inspect every door and approve the work before we leave.

Shipping across India

Outside our fitting area we ship doors anywhere in India. Shipping charges depend on the number and size of doors and the delivery location, and are shared with you before you confirm the order. Transit time depends on distance, and we share dispatch details once your order leaves the factory. Shipped orders are supplied ready to fit by your local carpenter, and we are happy to guide them on phone or WhatsApp.

Packaging

Shipped doors are packed with edge and corner protection and wrapped to protect the surface from scratches, dust and moisture in transit.

Receiving a shipped order

• Check the package for visible damage before signing, and note any damage on the delivery receipt.
• Take clear photos of any damage and share them with us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Do not cut, drill or install a damaged door before reporting it.

Is delivery free?

Delivery and fitting are free within 40 km of our Dera Bassi factory, including Zirakpur, Mohali, Panchkula and Chandigarh. Orders shipped outside this area have shipping charges based on size and location.

Do you deliver outside Chandigarh Tricity?

Yes. We ship doors across India. Fitting outside our 40 km area is done by your local carpenter.

How fast will I get my doors?

Most doors are ready within 48 hours of order. Local orders are then delivered and fitted, and shipped orders take additional transit time depending on distance.

Is installation included?

Yes, within 40 km of our factory our carpenter fits the doors free. Shipped orders are supplied ready to fit.
