These terms and conditions apply to all purchases and use of the Plyzen Doors website. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Products and information

We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Actual colours may look slightly different because of screen settings and lighting, and natural wood products will have variations in grain, colour and texture. These natural variations are not defects.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Whether a price includes GST, shipping or other charges is stated on the product page, at checkout or in your quotation. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices without notice, although changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Orders are processed once full payment, or the agreed advance for custom orders, is received.

Orders and custom products

An order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation. For custom and made-to-measure doors, you are responsible for providing accurate sizes and specifications. Doors made to the approved specification cannot be changed once production has started.

Cancellations

Ready stock orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Custom orders can be cancelled only before production starts; once production has begun, the advance may be adjusted against costs already incurred.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Warranty and use

Any warranty applicable to a product is stated on its product page or invoice. Warranties do not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, structural movement, exposure beyond the stated use of the product, or normal wear and tear.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price paid for that product. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as installation labour, delays to your project or damage to other property.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over Dera Bassi, Punjab.
