Custom Doors

Not every doorway is a standard size. Plyzen makes doors to any non-standard dimension at no extra charge, in the material, thickness, finish and design you choose, whether you are replacing one bathroom door or fitting out a full house.

What you can customise

  • Size: any width and height, made to your opening.
  • Door type: flush, laminated, mica panel, teak, membrane or mesh / jali.
  • Thickness: from 30 mm up to 50 mm depending on the door type.
  • Finish: 50+ laminate shades, 100+ mica patterns, polish, paint or raw.
  • Design: panels, T-patti beading, 3D membrane patterns and CNC carving.

How to measure your door opening

  • Measure the width at the top, middle and bottom of the opening and note the smallest figure.
  • Measure the height on the left and right side and note the smaller figure.
  • Take a clear photo of the opening and the room around it.
  • Prefer not to measure? Within 40 km of Dera Bassi we visit and measure free of charge.

How it works

  • Call or WhatsApp: tell us the door type, size and finish and get a price.
  • Free site visit: our team measures precisely and shows you samples.
  • We manufacture: your door is made at our Dera Bassi factory, usually within 48 hours.
  • Delivery and fitting: our carpenter fits the door and you approve before we leave. Outside our fitting area, we pack and ship to your site.

No. Plyzen makes doors in any non-standard dimension at no extra charge.

How long does a custom size door take?

Most custom doors are ready within 48 hours. Mica panel and carved teak doors can take a little longer depending on the design.

Do you visit the site to take measurements?

Yes. Measurement visits are free within 40 km of our Dera Bassi factory, including Zirakpur, Mohali, Panchkula and Chandigarh.

Can a custom door be returned?

Custom doors are made to your approved size and design, so they cannot be returned for change of mind. Damage or manufacturing defects are covered. See our returns policy.
